"ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE BEHAVIOUR! there's an older chinese women who worked here and she has absolutely biased attitude. first of all i waited for the line to get my mochi and when it was my turn, MIND YOU I AM IN FRONT OF HER FACE, she accused me of cutting off the line with a chinese girl behind me and she was talking to the girl as if she's sorry for my behaviour for cutting the line, I WAS THERE FIRST! second of all, the mochi that i ordered she only took the one scattered and not the nice mochis sitting nicely in the paper and she just throws my mochi BUT I THINK OF IT NICELY maybe she's rushing because there's a long line BUT the sushi for the chinese girl behind me she DID TOOK HER TIME TO ARRANGE IT NICELY, HELLO? HOW RUDE? now maybe just maybe cause it's mochi right it won't get messy but the malay women before me also she just throws her sushi in the container doesn't even bother to arrange it. third of all, she just throws the new sets of mochi around just like that. LITERALLY BIASED BEHAVIOUR, DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR EMPLOYEE. EMPIRE SUSHI I LOVE YOUR FOOD BUT PLEASE LOOK AT HOW YOUR EMPLOYEE IS."

"Excellent service. r. Both the staff working on this date are so friendly and reassure us that it's fine. A typical Starbucks cafe inside a mall. They have outside sitting area if you feel too cold inside. They have outside sitting area if you feel too cold inside. Choose your favourite sushi. Stay calm and stay safe.."

"Great value for the money - but it takes them ages to fill up, especially when they open at 10am they have zero prepared. We went to several places while our Malaysia journey and even at 11 or 12am there was nearly half the treys still empty."
